Are you by appointment only?

Generally we are, but there may be times that we can schedule service on the same day depending on your services requested, location and time of day.

Do I have to be present at the time of the detail?

No, your welcome to hang around and check out the end result to ensure that it meets your quality standards that you are satisfied with, but you don't have to be present at all. A link can even be generated and sent via text or email to finalize payment from wherever you are.

Remove all items from your vehicle(s)

Before we begin cleansing, please take out anything that might get in the way of cleaning. Check your seats, glove compartment, any shelves in your dash, and under your seats for any scattered trash and or personal belongings such as handbags, wallets, tools, etc.

What do you need from me?

Nothing, where several detailers require water, electric, a garden hose or extension cords....we don't need any of that. We are 100% hassle free and come fully prepared for any service. All we need is access to your vehicle to start the transformation!

How can I pay you?

Payment is simple and convenient. We accept cash, card, and manual entry of your damaged credit card. You can also pay upfront before or after service via a online invoice we send to you. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Can you detail at my job or apartment?

Yes, we can detail your car at your apartment so long as you have open parking spaces besides your car so we may be able to freely perform service.

Yes, we can detail your car at your job. The only thing that we ask is that you can confirm with us that we are allowed on the premises. Property management at times may not allow detail services performed on site.

Do you charge a mobile fee?

If you are outside of our primary service area a travel fee may apply to you. Our primary service area is The woodlands Tx, including surrounding areas as well. If you are planning to schedule or have scheduled a service of a large purchase amount; a travel fee may be waived. Travel fee's are dependent on the distance from our primary area that we service (the woodlands Tx, including surrounding areas as well) and is at our technicians discretion. We recommend speaking with a service advisor to get a tailored estimate on logistics.

What products and tools do you use?

We provide the Ultra customer experience by using only the best products, tools, and machines available in the market. We have extractors, polishers, steamers, brushes, etc… Some of the brands we use are Koch Chemie, Armour, Gyeon, Gtechniq, CARPRO , Meguiar’s, and plenty more!

Is there still bugs on my vehicle?

In most situations, bug splatter will be removed from the front of your vehicle during the exterior wash process. However, washing will only remove bug splatter on the surface. If the splatter has been left on the paint for an extended period of time, especially during the hot summer months, the remains of their acidic bodies can get etched into the clear coat, leaving visible stains that will require paint correction to be removed. If the paint is in this condition, and you would like us to remove the bug splatter, please select “Paint Correction”, from our list of services, if it isn’t already included in your desired package.

Can you clean child car seats?

Shampoo and steam cleaning car seats is a popular additional service among our clients with young children. The car seat will be removed from the vehicle and thoroughly cleaned. For liability reasons, we will not reinstall the car seat. But we will explicitly remind you that the car seat needs to be properly secured before its next use. To save time, we recommend that you detach the car seat before we arrive, so we can begin cleaning immediately.

Does this help with the COVID-19 virus?

Yes, the primary disease transmission vector of COVID-19 is through the tiny droplets that are expelled whenever an infected person sneezes or coughs – these droplets can cause an infection when they touch a healthy person’s eyes, nose, mouth, and other mucous membranes. These only reach a range of about 1.8 meters.

However, a secondary cause of infection is when a person touches a surface that is contaminated with these droplets, and then touches their face. There’s evidence to suggest that the coronavirus can stick around and remain infectious for several hours on many surfaces.

The goal of disinfecting your car is to neutralize any traces of contamination that may have landed on your interiors.

What does the limited lifetime warranty cover?

The automotive films are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure and delamination.
